Puglia Donna Partecipa is a series of themed days dedicated to women’s empowerment, understood as a process of affirmation and self-determination in cultural, economic, social, educational and professional terms.

With the support of experts, the initiatives help women recognise and build on their skills, including those gained in non-formal and informal settings.

The aim is to strengthen women’s awareness of their own worth and move beyond the view of women as a vulnerable group in the labour market, promoting an all-round independence that can also lead to employment or the launch of new business ventures.
