The scientific direction, together with the project staff, works alongside the municipalities to build a good practice with a concrete and sustainable impact on the areas involved, through participatory design processes involving institutions, services, users and all stakeholders, for an effective dialogue in the spirit of Social Innovation.
Participatory design, the core of the project, is combined with bottom-up needs analysis to make the project framework coherent, shared and effective.
